What can you find in the projects database?
- General information on funded projects since 1947 is provided,
- The full-texts of project documents published after 1993 are available by project name for each country: e.g. Project Information Documents (summaries of project at an early stage), Environmental Assessments (reports on the impact of a project on the environment), Project Appraisal Documents (detailed documents reviewing all aspects of a project from the financial to the social, environmental, or economic aspects among others).
TIP-To know the meaning of each option in the database (e.g.: what do 'product line', 'lending instruments', 'project status', or 'environmental category' mean?), click on the title in front of each option to access a description.
The principle for using the Project Database is the same as the Documents&Reports database:
- Select one or several of the options proposed; you can combine with search terms.
- To access the summary and the full text of the document in pdf format, click on the selected title in the results list. The next page provides access to text in pdf (Acrobat) version or text version which you can download and print.TIPS - Type of information available in project-related reports
